2ton jack stands for 02 expedition?

Getting ready to derust my vehicle tomorrow and need advice. I have a 3 ton harbor freight floor jack and some 2 ton stands I got at Oreillys some years back. I’m wondering if these would be ok to support the front of the vehicle and then when done support the back?

side note: can someone tell where good lift points are on raising the vehicle front and back? Jack stands will be placed on the frame. Thanks

Suspicious of this video. It shows two different kinds of jacks.
Don't know what kind is included with your 2002 Expedition.
Manual shows arrows on the frame for jack positions.
Two 2-ton stands will be adequate for separate front and rear jacking.
