A member named Thermo had 37's on his truck with 4" of lift. What I have seen him tell many people is that it is possible, but it takes some "massaging" of the fenders with a very large hammer. I haven't seen him active in quite some time, but it might be worth PM'ing him to see if it sends him an email or anything that gets his attention. He would have good instructions on what it would take.
Not personally but most guys here who have lifted the truck have cranked the bars. I have never read anything regarding adverse effects other than maybe firming the front end ride a little bit.
any update? I'm sitting on 37's right now too. I three in body lift. tt. And I raised up my airbag sensors. looks like enough room. The only thing that is holding me back is switching my gears to 4.56. I don't want to mess it up running 3.75. I have 35's on now.
Haven't done anything yet ...definitely going to do a 6" lift but debating on spacers and tt also how hard/easy is the tt and are those 37s in you pic?
