I know there are tons of threads on this but none seem to address our 3rd gen Expys. Is there anyone out there who has gotten rid of all catalytic converters on a third gen? Does it increase mpg or from what I heard the back pressure is needed and could cause other problems?

If there is another post addressing this, please point me in the right direction.

I don't know if anyone has done it on 3rd gens but plenty have done it on 1st and 2nd...it really gives better response...slight increase in hp and slight increase in mpg's...most do it when they get duals or upgrade their exhaust system...now the cat delete is only removing the rear cats...not all so instead of 4 cats u will have 2...does ur state have emissions?

thanks 10k-watts, no my state doesn't have emissions. I called a local exhaust shop and he told me that 2007s only have 2 cats. looks like I need to get up under it and see whats there first.
