3rd row seat

I have a 99 Expedition and a friend is looking to purchase a 3rd row seat. I’m not quite sure of her year model yet but was wondering if these are universal.

Can anyone tell me which year models, if any, that my current 1999 3rd row seat will fit? Without any modifications?
