5.4L 3V Ticking (not phasers) - Help!

Hey, could you guys please watch/listen to this video and give me your thoughts? So far performance/idle hasn't been affected, and the ticking increases with RPM. Sometimes it fades away, but it's been doing this for a few weeks now and I'm at a loss.

No its definitely not for the injectors, when he puts the camera near the injectors theres no ticking but its very pronounced near the crankshaft pulley, and is a very rythmetic click

Sounds almost like a signal from a sensor or a piece of loose rubber in one certain spot on the belt...

Does it increase with the rpms or stays constant if you rev the motor an additional 500 rpms?
