I had to purchase a new battery for my 06 Expedition. When the battery was disconnected and reconnected it must have created and issue with my CD player. If you press CD it states NO CD when actually 6 CD's are loaded. If you press EJECT it also states NO CD and if you push LOAD it states CD LOAD ERROR. Any advise on how to correct this issue? Any advise would help.

A question comes to mind. Does the changer unit make noise when you make the button selections, or do you only see the message?

This is a typical problem with the factory changers, happened in my mustang too.. I would disconnect and reconnect the battery to see if it gets un-stuck.. Worst case, you operate on it and make sure the cds are aligned properly.

it might be the connector underneath the middle console. its like a brick of a connector pretty hard to miss.
