6 disc stereo jam

help:
we have a 2003 expedition with the in dash 6 dis changer
evedentally one of the cd's has jamed, because it wont eject disc 5 or 2 and it wont load are play any cds

You will need for a technician to fix it because this CD mechanism is to complex. Just remember no tu use a CD with a label attached to it, since this can cause your CD player to get jam again.

Seriously, just beat on the dash above the CD player while you are trying to eject.

This is a common problem.

If you take it into the dealer, this is what they will do.

i used a piece of paper to ensure the cd was all the way ( I heard the it) then I hit the eject button and it came rigt out

Beat on it a couple times anyway. It will make you feel better.

if you use a piece of 80 weight paper or similiar thickmess to a credit card you may be able to get the cd out. mine did that and I put a piece over the top of the cd and just as i did the eject wheels caught the cd and spit it out. had a label on it byt the way, about a month later i get the warning from ford about cd labels in the mail..go figure!
