6 Speed Stick Shift issue....

My 03 EB Expi has been having some issues with the clutch. It keeps slipping. When I shift from 3rd to 4th it seems to slip. I push the clutch in and let it out slow and then it seems okay. I put a new clutch in and still same thing happens.

I have been thinking about this for a long time. The hardest part would be the clutch I bet. But wouldn't the manual trans from a f 150 xl fit?
