98 Eddie Bauer running rough with codes

I have a 98 Eddie Bauer with the 5.4. It runs fine at idle but under acceleration seems to miss and run really rough, smooths out again once up to speed. When running rough the check engine light is flashing but goes to solid on when the engine smooths out.

I have the following codes from Autozone.

P0174 - trim bank two condition

P0304 - cylinder misfire detected - cylinder 4

P0401 - EGR system fault

Any thoughts on this?

P0174 is a lean code. Maybe a vacuum hose leak (lots of places...check thoroughly). Might also be intake gaskets (worse case).
P0401: You'll want to check the egr valve. Electrical connector and vacuum line. Might remove it to see if it's gunked up with carbon. Fairly easy to clean.
P0304: might be related to the other codes. Get them taken care of and see if it persists. Might also be a bad ignition coil/spark plug/fuel injector. If you suspect a coil, move it to another location and see if the code changes accordingly. If it stays on the same cylinder, it's time to look at spark plug, then fuel injector.

Would there possibly be a vacuum diagram floating around somewhere?

Don't know. But all the vacuum lines running into the throttle body/intake. Trace them from there out.
