I'm removing the head. When I remove the windsor cam, is there a certain bolt pattern or pattern removing the journals, or any special advice I should follow.
I can't find any info on the actually removal of the cam. If anyone has a like I would appreciate it.
thanks

Theirs an article on focus hacks that shows twin cams removal bolt patterns. Basically you start with drivers side front bolt, then passenger side rear, then pass side front, loosen a couple turns each bolt, you continue on each furthest bolt, working your way towards the center. Installation is the reversal, start at the center, working your way out.

as Moose indicated, slight loosening is the trick. Work your way from outer to inner a big X.
Brian with FordTecMakloco gives some good videos. Many of his are on the 3v but both engines are common
good luck
