Did you ever have a problem with the drivers window rolling down randomly on its own initiative before it quit working altogether?
If so there is a way to bypass the GEM to fix that shown on a UTube vid. Easy

No both front windows didn't work when I bought it. There's several electronic problems in it but the body, engine, Trans, and 4×4 are all in great condition.

No when I bought it they both were up and not working

It looks like the Ford GEM Module will fit a number of different models but it does have to be programmed or 'flashed' in the vehicle. UTube has videos on it.

I might have some GEM problems too. I myself will try the wreckers route, and to try to make the job easier I will try to find the exact same year, model, trim, engine etc. if possible.

Does somebody in our forum here have some details to help us with this?

Its something to keep in mind search Utube 'Bypass GEM module on Ford to fix drivers window' or similar.
Replacing the GEM might do it to. Use Utube search to find how to program a new or used replacement GEM. There should be lots of them in pick n pull.
