Canadian Expy, sounds like a wire bundle that has rubbed through in the area behind the radio. That stuff isn't really controlled by the GEM module. I would slide the radio out and then see what you can see back in that hole. But ,that is just a guess on my part.

So had the heater controls out and radio out can't seem to see anything .
So if I'm on a slight incline and turning to the right(not sure that makes a differences ), then burp the gas pedal the the heater shuts off and resets, the ABS light comes and then goes off and my headlights shut off :banghead::banghead::banghead: What the HELL is going on????

Canadian, sounds like you have a wiring issue in the dash. Not sure what to tell you beyond that. I wish I could put my hands on the truck. May want to try turning on the headlights and moving around the wiring and seeing if you can make the headlights go off. that would atleast give you an idea of roughly where the wear spot is. But, what you are describing is almost for sure a damaged wire bundle.

So I pulled out the radio and left it out, still dose it. I wiggled the wiring harness in the there and nothing happens. ????Messed with the headlight harness outside and the HID kit nothing??? This a werid gremlin!!! I did notice that my Edge programer shows 14.4V and then when I rev it up it reads 15.6V for a second would this affect it at all or this normal?? Love gremlins

Possibly a loose or dirty/coroded connector start unhooking-cleaning-inspecting connectors under the dash 90s fords aren't known for high quality wiring/connectors
