99 exp cold air not blowing out of vents in front only. The blower motor is working and I can feel coldness in the vents but it quit blowing thru them. I looked at the different color vac lines under the dash unplugged the connector no change. I didn’t feel any vacume on any of them. I switched the controller switch to other settings still no vacume. Does anyone know where they pull vacume from
