Looking at a 2013 XL that didn't have 3rd row installed (not an SSV...or at least not supposed to be). Dealer pulled up the tray and this is what is there. Can someone confirm that these are the bolt holes for the seat? He stated they were threaded.

That’s definitely where the seats bolt down. They’re visible when the seats are upright.

Most of them will have rubber plugs. I discovered that while 2nd gen seats will fit with a bit of wiggling, the seat belt attachments are different.

Purchased the Expedition and starting the process of adding the third row (non-electric). Can someone confirm if the bolts are self tapping for the holes that are not threaded? I searched and could not find a definitive answer.
