Just wanted to drop in and say hi to the Expedition world. we'll have a new truck / suv added to the fleet here in a day or so. i ended up buying my dad's 2007 Expedition Limited El 4x4 before he traded it in. he was going to trade the Expedition and his F150 in on a new 15 expedition. well i asked what the dealer was giving him on trade in and it wasn't a bad trade in at all. he asked if i would rather buy it instead of him trading it in.... well i wasn't 100% prepared for it, but of course with the "family deal", he said how bout we just do a pay off purchase. that was a great situation for me as for purchase price, and gets us into the 3rd gen Expedition! how could i say no!! i won't say on the pay off cause it is WAY WAY under trade in blue book, and i'm thankful for that!

It's right at 100K on the clock, 4x4, Limited EL, very well kept, dad hasn't had any major issues so far, runs and drives great. they brought it down to Louisiana the last time they visited, and we drove it around everywhere, ran and drove awesome! they are on their way to visit again here in the next couple days.... so i guess i get deliver added to the great price as well lol! me being the typical 4x4 enthusiast, automatically i'm drawn to a slight lift and some tires with some better grip. BUT it's not an off road vehicle (i have a 4x4 Excursion for that). i'm not sure if it could take the place of the Excursion as for the pulling suv (i have a 26foot enclosed trailer for the utv's), but as for the short distance rides to the local woods the short 7x10 with the rzr loaded won't be a challenge at all!!

i'm really looking forward to the addition!
