You will need an interface box like the iDatalink Maestro to make everything work. Go to crutchfield.com.. put in your vehicle and they'll take care of you.

No interface needed unless you have steering wheel controls. The iDatalink Maestro isn't needed until 2010 when the Ford Sync was introduced. Even then it's customer preference if they wish to use it or not.

Parts needed to put any aftermarket double din radio with a monitor would be:
Metra 95-5812 mounting bracket
Metra 70-5520 radio harness if you don't have the factory subwoofer
Metra 70-5521 if you do have factory subwoofer. Keep in mind if you have the sub you need to put a 5K Ohm resistor on the remote turn-on lead or you'll get a POP when the radio turns on.
Metra 40CR10 antenna adapter due to the truck having a chrysler antenna end.

If you do have steering wheel controls the ASWC-1 will be needed if you wish to maintain them depending on which aftermarket radio you choose. Most work with it but some of the off brand cheaper ones may not or may give you problems programming it.

The camera https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GMC8QXI/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

The head unit ( price went up $10 since i bought) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06WRVLKJL/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

If you look at the reviews on these items you'll see my review and thoughts ( mark my reviews helpful if they help you at all!)

I am looking at doing the same thing but with a different unit. Though, many of these are very similar with minor differences. Here's the one I'm looking at:

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Lol...lgo_pvid=5ed06f4c-20ef-45e2-bf71-b2c2e607b326

All these Chinese units share many similar features, I was more concerned with fast boot (2s start) octacore CPU, 2 Gb RAM and 3rd gen USB.
My idea, unsure whether it'll fly or not, is as follows:
Use a USB hub: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0192LPK5M?ref=emc_b_5_t and mount it in the dash maybe below the unit, so that I can have more options.
Install a wired trackball mouse like the Kensington Expert Mouse https://www.amazon.com/Kensington-Expert-Trackball-Mouse-K64325/dp/B00009KH63 on the armrest for easier control.
Install a wireless small keyboard/mouse combo like this
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00ESUXXZM/ref=psdc_12879431_t2_B00I5SW8MC for passenger use. Android natively supports kb and mice so that shouldn't be an issue.

Technically, if you wanted to delve into any of the above, feel free to steal/modify.
