Aftermarket front distance sensor not working?

Hello, My 2018 expedition has what I think is an aftermarket front parking sensor. It has a device that is mounted by the driver visor that shows the distance in inches from something in front of it to the front bumper. It recently has stopped working and I am willing to bet it is a fuse. How do i find what fuse this is? the fuse box looks clean with no additional wires I can tell going into it and the wires from the device are difficult to follow. any tips?

Any pictures of this device? I have never heard of such a thing? Is it possible it is a bluetooth device, or something like that and one of the parts has a dead battery?
