From the looks of it the wiring/mounting is probably the problem, if it were me i'd just go stock fogs from ebay or something (or halo if thats how you roll) then get the toggle switch from autozone $3-$7 depending on how goddy you want it, the smaller the better cuz you have to cut a hole as big as the switch!! Then carefully cut out the dummy vents and check how the lights mount to the bumper whether you'd need to make brackets to hold them in or you can screw them in to the bumper directly, then just tap into either your low beams or your park lights, and yes it does suck to pull out the headlights but you have to unless you have 2 year old hands. Next your going to have to punch out a small hole preferably next to your headlights now and mount the toggle switch then wire it from the fog to the switch to the power source what ever you chose. Thats the warm and fuzzy for the job let me know if you decide to do it and ill be more thorough on the process.
