I'm working on a friend's dad expo, changing front rotors and pads. When I got the truck the brakes were kindy spongy (going to the floor) but I thought it was because his pads were completely done. Calipers were rusted to the pads and rotor pretty good had to disconnect the brake lines to get them off.compressed calipers without the lines on (probably a big mistake). Replaced everything and proceeded to bleed the brakes. Rear bled no problem front brakes I have spent almost two days trying to get all the air out. Used pump and hold method, then got a vacuum bleeder. The strange thing is that no matter how much I pump I'm not getting any fluid I've had fluid come out so I know there are no clogs. The vacuum bleeder will not hold a vacuum on the lines either. The pedal gets slightly stiff when the truck isn't running. But when the truck is on it goes straight to the floor. I been racking my brain for two days trying to figure this out.
