Alternator squeak

I have a 97 with a 5.4 in it. The alternator started squeaking like it was the bearing so I changed it out. The next one did the same so I took it back and had it bench tested..which it failed. Now the new is doing the same. I also replaced the tensioner but it still squeaks. Any ideas on what it could be?

Welcome to the site.

Take the serp belt off and check all of the other pulleys. They should spin freely without any roughness.
