Hello all!
New to the forum and to the whole Expedition world. Not the best mechanic but can usually figure things out. Just bought a 2001 XLT AWD 4.6L. 68,000 miles. White with Grey cloth. Decent shape all around. Little rust, couple dents but it seems like a nice 12 year old truck. Past two vehicles were a 95 GMC Yukon and a 94 Toyota Land Cruiser. I'm a fan of large SUVs.
It seems my new toy has the off idle, low speed stumble/hesitation that seems well discussed here, plus I'm getting an odd, infrequent rumble/vibration coming from the transmission/AWD system. Looking forward to researching and addressing both those issues with the help of this forum!
