In 2018 I had my radiator replaced with a 3 core and pusher fan when I had A/C work done. I was not having a cooling issue but looked at it as preventative maintenance with haveing over 200k on the truck at the time. Interestingly my truck came with the towing packing and the stock radiator was only 1 core (3 was biggest I could put in stock setup from what I recall)
The reason I added the pusher fan was not for cooling while the vehicle is moving (The air coming in from driving handles that) I put it on for when I have my A/C on and sitting in traffic or at stoplights, etc. Not sure if you all have the same experience as me but when sitting with no air going over the condenser the A/C doesn't perform well so with adding 1 pusher fan that has eliminated the issue. Living in So Cal and traveling to NV & AZ the pusher fan has worked as I intended.
Note: If getting a pusher fan I would recommend spending the money on an efficient quite one. The 1st fan installed from the shop was way to loud I went back and had upgraded pusher fan installed.
Can you possibly post a picture of the set up of your pusher fan? I am looking to install one as I live in Saudi Arabia and its blazing hot and humid!!!

Im very interested to know what radiator you used to replace the stock one with for one. Second I'd love to know about your fan setup (brand etc) as I'd like to replicate it on my ride out here in the desert of west Texas
Ragebuzz, I currently have one pusher fan that is hooked up to turn on when the A/C comes on ( it turns off and on within temp range) You will see an image at the battery where they installed a separate fuse. One thing I am going to add is a switch (discretely located) to where I can turn off (bypass) the fan when I like. For whatever reason Ford's climate control likes to turn on the A/C whenever the heat/defroster is turned doesn't make sense to me so the fan goes on when the heat is turned on. I turn off the A/C button and the fan will turn off except for when the defroster is in use the fan just stays on.
