Auto headlights on... milage and stereo displays off.

So got the expy washed (04 4.6L). Got in everything normal... went straight to drop another $100 in gas and when the auto headlights came on the milage/trip/direction/outside temp all dim and the stereo display goes out, but the sound on the stereo is still on sound wise and I can change volume and station normally... cd player works as well.

Now I know there has been issues with leaks onto the electrical under the glove box on the passenger side. Anyone have any thoughts or similar problems?

i'm betting the dimmer switch got rolled all the way down, so when the lights come on you cant see the display.

The first few times our new guy started his exped he came back in and told us his dash lights and radio lights were gone. We walked outside and turned up the dimmer switch....hahahaha
