When we purchased our 2019 Max, upon auto start the heat would turn on along with the defrost and steering wheel warmer. It was spring so that wasn't needed. I figured out how to turn it off. Now it's winter and I would like those things to turn on again. I've gone through the menu under vehicle settings and thought I had it turned on but when I get out to my vehicle the climate control is off and everything is cold and frosty. We live where winter makes your face hurt, it would be nice to come out to a warm car, since I have that capability now. What step am I missing?
