Backup Camera Guidelines not showing when in Reverse?

Hello,
I am a new owner to a 2020 Ford Expedition Max Limited and I have noticed my guidelines are not working when I go into reverse. In the settings for the backup camera preview, it shows the guidelines but when I actually put it in reverse, I don't see them. Any ideas?

As a long shot, you could try disconnecting the battery for a while. Secondly, you could check for any module errors using Forscan.

The video link might be helpful. If the camera was replaced they could have not done the programming to get the grid lines back when in reverse?
