backup camera

i need help trying to figure out hoe to hook a universal backup camera in my 2nd gen eddie bauer expo. i thought i could but am so flustered from finding my route for where to run from the beneath the liftgate button to inside that i am depleted and need assitance please and thankyou!!!!!!!

What I would do is run the wiring from the back of my display screen to either left/ right side of the vehicle.

From there I’d bring it up from under the dash to the corner of the dash behind the paneling of the A-pillar. From the pillar run it under the headliner all the way back to the rear of the truck to the lift gate.

If I remember correctly there should be a wiring harness that passes a wiring harness through the lift gate to provide power for your rear lights; tail lights, turn signals, and license plate lights.
