Backup Camera Still Blurry After Replacement

Hi All,

I had the backup camera replaced on my 2017 under a recall. The original camera image was blurry. I was hoping the replacement would clear this up but it did not. Was I wrong to assume the picture would be clear with the new camera?

I had the backup camera replaced on my 2017 under a recall. The original camera image was blurry. I was hoping the replacement would clear this up but it did not. Was I wrong to assume the picture would be clear with the new camera?

I would return the vehicle to the servicing dealer to be repaired properly under the recall.

I had the same issue. I took it back to the dealer and they fixed it.

Maybe you picked up the wrong glasses by mistake.......

I have a 2016 that just had the camera replaced. Works like it should clear as ever. However, love that word. There is another recall on the camera harness that Ford discovered is causing the camera issue also. This came from the tech that fixed mine. If one doesn't do it the other should.
