Best way to fix electric seat button panel on 2014 limited

Noticed the electric seat button panel has a broke tab on 2014 limited. How is the best looking way to fix this ? Want to keep the look.

The wife and I did that to both sides of my 2017 by sliding out of the seat instead of stepping out onto the running boards to get out.
