A truck of this size and weight does not have the suspension nor braking setup needed to handle 650hp. The brakes alone are undersized in my opinion as it is.

I would be interested for sure. I feel like Ford/Lincoln missed the boat by not offering some type of brake upgrade package.I don't disagree...
I have been thinking about going to 6 piston on my other car. That happens to be about half the weight. Anyone offer a reasonable upgraded brake system on these beasts? At least the front...

5 star tune will not void any warranty unless they can prove 100% without a doubt that the tune alone caused the problem. My dealership knows I’m tuned, and run ethanol, in my 17 and I’ve had powertrain and drivetrain work completed under warranty no issues5-star tuning (like all ECU reflashes) will void your powertrain and drivetrain warranty. As long as you're comfortable with that.
If you want an extra 50-80hp, you can buy a plug-and-play module that boost the turbo a little more. This is the one I'm using:
JMS BX600035V5 F-150 Performance Booster
If you ever have a warranty issue, just remove it and take it to the dealer. It's a much safer approach in my opinion.
