33x12.5 or 33x11.5 is probably the biggest you can go.
Either should work fine on the stock wheels and no modifications.
I have 285/75 (approx. 33x11.5) on the stock 16x7 wheels with no mods and there is no rubbing.

33s will rub on any stock expedition,put in a 2/3 level kit then go for the 33s
