Anyone know how to replace blend door actuator? i get hot air or cold air

Which one? Front or rear? Also, what year.

I just did mine on my 98 EB. You remove the center console, remove the trim piece under the center of the dash and then try to get the lower vent out without breaking it. I did break it with a 20oz Estwing framing hammer and it came right out. LOL. Then remove the 4 screws holding the actuator in place and remove. Before you do all that make sure it is the actuator. Move the knob and see if it makes noise or not. The post may be broke or the whole thing is burnt up. Also the knob may be bad. I hope this helps.
