00 expedition drove this morning after heavy rain last night. I didnt turn the heat or ac on. When I parked and turn ignition off blower started comes out of defrost. Tried to start and stop several times and reset battery but still blowing well untill it killed the battery. Looking for a fuse or relay just anything to make it stop.

Check under the drivers side floor to see if you have any water from possibly a leaky windshield. This is a common problem in the first gens Water leaks onto the fuse block/gem and causes those kind of problems. If you have water leaking onto the fuse block/gem you can try to use a hair dryer to dry it out. Worse case would be to remove the assembly and dry it or even worse replace. Check your owners manual to see what fuse controls the fan and temporary remove the fuse it doesn't drain the battery Fuse # 105 40 amp fuse in the fuse block under the hood is for the blower motor.
