Broken Rear Door Lift Repair??

My rear door wasn’t closing properly and discovered the mount to the lift arm has broken. This is at the top of the door of my 2017 Expedition

Any idea on how to repair this?

I can see the broken spot weld that holds the threaded plate in position. I would recommend having a skilled welder repair the weld. It looks like the plate is still attached to the strut mount. Is everything spinning? Do not remove the strut mount, the threaded plate will slide down the “D” pillar.
