I have a smoke one that I removed from my 07 Expedition. It's been in my garage for 2 years so don't think I will ever use it. It is yours if you want to pick it up from Los Angeles area or pay shipping.

Mine says it won’t ship out until November 1st I hope that’s incorrect. They better be making these things to order if it’s over a week until they even begin to ship it to you.

I guess it's being made with a special kind of love just for you... ;)

Haha not so sure about that one. I find a lot of the shipping schedules these companies send are whacky. When I ordered from rock auto recently it said 5 business days and it showed up the next day lol.

It's better to under promise and over deliver than to over promise and under deliver. :)

I ordered the WeatherTech one. It arrived in 3 days (free shipping) yesterday. I put it on today (saturday). It took me 10 minutes. Holes a perfect match up??? Not quite but with a slight 'tug' here and there it went on. I leave for a 10 hour trip next week so will see how well the thing works.

Not sure I like the full wrap around ??? This caused me to have to put 'bumpers' on the fender part of the vehicle which causes them to be seen which detracts from the installation???

My '17' is the Crimson(?) Red so I guess the 'smoke'/'black' looks OK?? Like the idea one person did painting their deflector the color of their vehicle. Wonder what it would cost to do that???

To do these in your body color you need a clear one. You paint the backside of it and the color shows thru with the clear plastic being your "clear-coat" so to speak. That way it never gets nicked or scratched. You could do that with a can of spray from the dealer parts department or similar.

Looks great! WeatherTech still hasn’t even shipped my order. Thinking about asking for a refund and taking my business elsewhere. I can order the chrome deflector and it would be to me buy Tuesday sick of waiting on WeatherTech.

Wow, with a gap that large I honestly would be tempted to leave the fender bumpers off and see if you get any contact at 90mph lol. Or just put clear paint protection film over the fender tips just in case.

Anyone concerned about paint fading after you remove the bug shield? A neighbor had one on his blue Ford F150. After a few years he removed it because it cracked. There was an noticeable fading line where the bug deflector covered the hood. The rest of the paint had faded. Looked terrible!

I had one on my 03 f150. Took it off 12 years later and no fading (merlot pearl).

But, the clips reacted with the aluminum and bubbled the paint. It sounds like the newer ones attach differently.

oooops, NOT FREE Shipping. What I meant or should have said I did not pay for the 'quicker' shipping which would have been even more money than the $20 they charged. Even at the $79 total cost(including shipping cost) the price was better than many others. There was one other brand at a lower cost and cheaper or even free shipping but it had some negative reviews for the '17' model Expedition; holes not matching and other discrepancies....so stuck with the WeatherTech.

Most people are telling me they don't notice the 'bumper' on the fender.....until I point it out. Sooooooo, maybe it isn't as 'ugly' as I thought.

The vast majority of people woundn't notice the difference between model trim levels, let alone some hood deflector bumpers.

Well idk what kind of organization they have going on at WeatherTech but I just got an email it was delivered. It wasn’t even supposed to ship yet. I’ll see when I get home later. Was it flimsy?
