Buying an 03 Eddie Bauer

My wife and I went out tonight to look at a 2003 Eddie Bauer. Black with tan leather. Everything looked very clean, inside and out. The truck has 83000 miles on it. We agreed on $6500 for the sale price. They are going to get it inspected and we will pick it up later this week. Is there anything I should be looking for? I checked the body for rust bubbling etc, couldn't find any. Paint has swirl marks but no deep scratches or dings. I should be able to buff it all out. I'm concerned that there is something Im missing because this seems to be in much better condition than other expeditions we have looked at.
