There all the same size side mirrors (03-06) with some differences being the power fold, heated, and painted caps on the Eddie Bauer, limited, and fx and up we have the amber and smoke lenses which is interchangeable with each other. I had my caps painted to match my truck for $40 (a steal)

You know what, everytime my truck is my wifes dealership for work, I ask them to paint the caps bc mine are pitted with bugs. Every time they say it cant be done:Violin: they think Im talking about the whole mirror, they are idiots man

FREEWAY So you are saying i can move the mirror up. And replace the bulb without actually removing the lens itself? TIA

I could not agree more with you... that's why I printed the e-mail from Ford on how to turn the dome lights back on...cuz every time I have called or stopped in they say HUH, DUH, DUNNO,

not at all...move the mirror up to push the clip out so you can take the lens off...you'll stick your flat head screwdriver in the gap of the mirror...theres a hex screw underneath holding the lense in along with the clip thats inserted...
