Cam Phaser Lockout

I'm having a hard time finding anyone near Toledo Ohio that will install the cam phaser lockout kit. Does anyone know of an expericed shop in the Toledo area that does this type of work? I hate to put all new phasers in again and 6 months down the road they start failing again.

You got installation issues if the phasers are failing that quickly, or the root cause hasn't been addressed.

Isn't the solution to install the new versions of the Ford cam phaser parts, which solves the failure problem? Seems to be what I'm hearing.
