I am new to this site and was wondering if anyone has ever installed a set of "RV" or performance camshafts in their Expedition 5.4 liter 2v. I wanted to know if it actually helped with fuel mileage and power enough to justify the $600-$800 cost of the camshafts. I have two 2002's and one of them needs head gaskets replaced so while I had the engine down I was thinking about upgrading the cams. Thanks for looking.
