I have been told my Ex is very difficult to see coming through the woods with it being blacked out.
So, can the DRL's be turned on?
Or is there a kit that will turn the driving lights on with ignition?

I'm missing something. DRL's are always on when the ignition is turned on and the vehicle is in gear. DRL's are off when in Park. Perhaps you don't have DRL's or the module has died.

My truck does not have them.
I guess by turned on, I meant how can I wire my system to have DRL's? I'd really like to have the fog lights always on. But if the dealership can have the headlights come on at 70% with a download, I guess that would do too.
I am a GM transplant. So I am used to having DRL's.

Hmmm... must have been an addition after my 2007 was released. Never heard of DRLs in US model Fords.

I called my local FORD dealer and they said that a DRL kit would need to be installed which would be expensive. :(

In my 2002 it's only a small box, that is attached to an existing wiring harness. Not sure if the harness is there for yours or not, but the box should be cheap.
I also have aftermarket HID's installed and they work fine with it.
You could wire the fogs on ther own switch or to ignition on wire, but they would always be on that way.
