Captain chair arm rest uneven

Not sure if this is a problem or just limited to my expedition. Might be hard to see from the picture but when both arms are up the one on the left does not fit the same as the one on the right. It stands a little taller and does not hug the side of the chair like the other one does. Is that a design flaw or something specific to mine? Thanks

Someone possibly climbed thru and put all their weight on it??????? Just a guess.
