What paint can I use to touch up the fading black on my cargo racks and running boards?

i did my roof racks with rustoleum bedliner... has held up well... but could also use regular paint or the plastic dip stuff people have been using

where can I pick that stuff at and can I use it for my running boards?

I got my rustoleum bedliner at walmart in the auto section.... also have seen it at Lowes... and they even have it in a tan if you want it....

Plasti Dip can be found at Home Depot. About five bucks a can...

Is there a trick to distributing the plasti dip evenly? I'm practicing on my lunchbox an the results aren't too good
