Catalytic Converter on 05 Expedition

Actually the expy has 4 cats, just tell them to remove the 2 pre cats and replace the back 2 cats with the highflows and run pipe in place of the pre cats. Make sure they leave the o2 sensors in their OEM locations. I THINK the 94306 are make the exhuast 30% louder than the 94106.

In my 05 i got 2, i was told the same thing about 4 till i got under and looked at it and sure as shit 2 cats, my right one went bad (if it makes a difference)

Yours only had 2 from the factory? Did you replace with the 94306?

Yup only the 2 oem cats from the factory

and nope it was a generic cat with the 02 sensor, did the trick

My garage has the dorman systems, Does anyone know if a dorman cat converter could bolt on as well.

what size are the cats piping? I am thinking of straight piping ours
