i had my cb mounted where the rear air controls were (EB version) but bought a smaller radio and it is in my center consol, i just ran a speaker to the little cubby part of the consol. i suggest just doing a magnet mount antenna. much easier. i am havin a hell of a time grounding my antennas on my roof rack crossbar....

it dont. i dont use them anyways. just to hold my reminders for oil changes. its in easy access too. for my reach i guess. i cant wait for tonight when im driving threw my schools parking structure to yell at people. haha

but if i need to use them i just take the remote and put in the center holder and then open the cup holders. i dont ever use them and about a month ago i opened them and found like $15. haha

im not sure how your console is set up buy my rear air controls were on the console, not the overhead. so i just pulled out the rear air controls (set it on rear and tucked it under the console so you could still use the controls in the rear) and put my cb in there. it fit perfect. and i had no interference with the cup holders. i have since taken that one out, put a smaller one in my center console near the cd changer. i dont know if i have pics on here but i will try to find some.

A bit late, but I am going to use the same method as a couple guys on the other forum. A cut up piece of angle iron sticking out from the tail lights, bolted to the sheet metal at the top.

From the gallery of one of the guys that did it (99 Expy)

ETA:
Basically the same as WALNUTS, but with a one piece bracket.
