Well at about 0900 hrs today I started changing the plugs on my '06 Expedition. I thought it was going to be a pain in the ass, but it really wasn't that bad. I have to be honest when I say I have worked on far worse. The only problem I ran into was I didn't have a compressor to blow the debris out of the plug well. I had to go borrow a friend's portable compressor and forgot to put my safety glasses back on when I blew out the dirt. Yeah, I got a face full of dirt and dry grease particles. Not fun.
Did exactly like I've been reading and loosened all plugs about an 1/8 turn then sprayed in some PB Blaster to eat up the carbon. HAHA, evidently I totally missed #8 because there was no liquid on the plug when I removed it.
After about 20 minutes for each side, I started to loosen very slowly. YAY!!!! I got them all out without breaking any of them.

I put in e3 plugs, which were highly recommended by basically everybody I've been talking with and saw on here a couple times.
Before all this I had a code coming up saying Cylinder 7 misfire, but I couldn't find anything wrong with the plug, so the Coil may be going bad. The hardest parts were getting to #4 and #8 but it was no hard than when I did them on my Durango. I just removed the computer and bracket to get to #4 easier.
I was so damn happy when the last plug came out and I had no foul ups. I put the e3's in (with anti-seeze) and buttoned it all back up. I then took it for a quick run to work out the kinks and found no hesitations or rough idle. NICE!!!!
Thanks for all your help guys. If it weren't for your advise I probably would have just taken it over to a mechanic. But now I would feel more comfortable doing it again or another person's. The mechanic for our city shop, and the mechanic I normally go to for a little advise, told me they normally just recommend taking the vehicles to the dealer.
Now for a couple videos I did on my quick drive.
