2017 Expy XLT 3.5L ecoboost 120K.
CEL went on P2195 code read.
Mechanic notes: oxygen sensor signal biased stuck lean bank 1.
Inspected and tested Oxygen sensors all check good visibly and tested oxygen sensor circuits all good, monitored oxygen sensor activity all check good, inspected PCV system found hits for canister purge solenoid causing same codes and symptoms replaced canister purge solenoid, cleared codes and reset fuel trims, test drive OK and CEL is out.

HOWEVER CEL went back on less than 10 minutes on way home.
Not drivability issues, just got back from 1000 mile trip with no issues.
Gas mileage MAY have been slightly reduced but could have been wind/speed.

WHERE do we go from here?

Just got new codes p0131 o2 circuit low voltage (bank 1 sensor 1)
also P2626 02 sensor punping current trim circuit /open bank 1 sensor 1
cylinder 1 and 3 misfire codes

I had Front O2 sensor codes on my 2019 Expedition, P2237 & P2240, "circuit low"

All the sensors checked out good, MPG was good and no drivability issues.
I ended up just replacing the oxygen sensors and no CEL for the last 30k miles.

You're issue might be indicating a failing O2 Sensor, just starting to fail....

Code criteria is like 1.5 seconds of inactivity. You would be lucky to test and see when it does. If codes keep coming back, change o2.
