clicking sound if you floor it

my expedition 2005 makes a clicking sound from the engine and misfires when you floor it looses power but wont show any codes whats going on. can a misfire cause the sound that it makes. please help me

Post a video of the "clicking" sound. Just a wild guess, but injectors normally make a clicking sound. As they go out it gets worse...good luck.
