climate control console not working

My climate control console under the radio suddenly went dark and doesn't let me turn on the air or heat. I was thinking it was a fuse. I checked two that seemed like they might be the fuse. The manual really isn't too clear on which fuse it would be. Has anyone ever had this issue? I'm thinking that I may have to take the whole dashboard apart and start tracing wires,, night mare !! lol Please Help !

I believe it's fuse 2.13 that powers the head unit itself. Is it the Auto head unit? Or the manual head unit ?

its a digital climate control unit right under the Radio. It has auto temp control. I just couldn't figure out which fuse it was by reading the manual.. I tried a few that i thought it may be by the description. By digital i don't mean touch screen kind of digital. just old skool digital like buttons and led display of the temp. it has fan and temp then buttons for where the air goes.

I experienced total dash power loss, ended being a relay- don't forget to check those, too.

Please help me fix it!
Do you have any idea how to fix it with the fuses or a little part that I could buy on eBay?
Any help that you can give me would be much appreciated.. I need my heater back ...

Jstekk, the link you posted to fordforum.com has the info you need to check or replace the fuses and relays. If those are not the issue you are likely out of options on a little part from eBay to fix it. You'll need to some more in-depth troubleshooting and an OBDII scanner would be helpful.
