Coil replacement

Im thinking about replaceing all 8 coils for my 2002 Expy. Can anyone tell me if this is an easy thing to do and should I go to Ford to buy the coils? Is it an expensive proposition? Do the coils come with the rubber boot that goes over the spark plug?

I'm thinking about buying accel coils?? Are they better then OEM?

search the forum... but look into COPs from ebay from either Uneek or Global Automotive.... search for DG 508... they are a lot cheaper and have vary good results....

best thing to do before you change them is spray the bolts that hold COPs on at least a day before with PB Blaster so they come off easier... then after you get the COP off before you take out plug either spray with compressed air or use a shop vac to remove any dirt or rust so it doesn't fall into cylinder
