Here is the Consumer Report for the 1998 - 2005 Expedition. Does anybody know what the difference is between the 03 suspension and the 05 that took it from a Good to excellent?

I'm not sure. I think they're the same.

I'd also like to know what is the difference between the '04 & '05 drive train to warrant the big change.

I do think a common issue with Consumer's reports is that the newer vehicles have less data and less time to fail so they usually look better. The only way to tell is to go back and look at the reports 3 years from now.

They must have compared a RSC model to the standard 03 model which did not have this option. I can tell you, it is worth the money.

What's different about the RSC model?
