thats cool. what camera did you use? and also just a thought you could get the whole axle in the shot next time. i think that would look a little better. but still a cool video.

babysilk, just to let you know, you may want to check out your coils and make sure that they are centered in the cups. This is especially true if you have done some 4x4ing where you have twisted up the truck pretty good. Why do I say this? Here that squeak, that is normally the coil rubbing up against the side of the cup that the coil spring sits in (at the very top). Mine will start to squeak after I have been out 4x4ing and twisted up the truck really good. It isn't a major problem, but at the same time, it is an easy noise to take care of. I use my high lift jack to unload the springs (put the jack under the hitch) and then I can get in and using a long screw driver, slide the coil back into the center of the cup.

Thermo, thanks so much for the input! I took it out 4x4ing a week ago and know the squeak quite well!!! Just haven't had time to adjust them yet:)

good thinking thermo, thanks! mine is squeeking too and i couldnt find the problem after my flexing and offroading with panda and talls...

babysilk, i like the idea of the camera but two things i would suggest...maybe moving the camera in front of the rear axle (so we arent just looking at some pavement and coil springs), or maybe just behind the front bumper (so we can see where you are going). just some ideas for you to play with. also, not sure where you are located or what type of wheeling you do, but maybe build a waterproof box that you can put it in for those days you wanna go play in the mud puddles!

Thanks guys! I just used some hockey tape and taped it onto the tow bar. It was primitive but seemed to work:) I will try a bunch of different camera angles and bought a waterproof case for it so next time I find some water down here Ill go splash in some puddles!! Ill post any cool videos I shoot!!
